Their R&I center in Tatebayashi is a key hub for developing cutting-edge products and processes for both the Japanese and global markets.■Role OverviewYou will be responsible to execute pilot plant operations and analysis to ensure reliable results for product developers.■Main tasks include:・Operate R&I pilot plant and analytical equipment・Record process parameters and analyze trial results・Manage ingredients, consumables, and sample shipping・Perform routine equipment maintenance and hygiene control・Support digitalization and process improvement projects・Collaborate with cross-functional teams for trials#LI-Onsite

求められる経験
■Requirements
・Practical experience in pilot plant or food manufacturing
・Basic knowledge of food processing and analytical techniques
・Proficiency in Japanese and English (Effective communication)
・Ability to follow SOPs and safety/quality standards
・Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Engineering is preferred
・Continuous improvement mindset and basic PC skills
